What is a Liquid Facelift?

What to Expect During and after Liquid Facelift Procedure

After an in-depth aesthetic evaluation with Dr. Okwuje, where you discuss your aesthetic concerns, goals, and questions, he will develop a unique aesthetic treatment plan listing the procedures required to meet your goals. The products chosen for your procedure will be selected based on the results you want, the areas being treated, and the expertise of our doctor.

Dr. O will use local anesthesia and other strategies to ensure your comfort during the treatment. Patients can actively participate in the process to ensure they are satisfied with the results. In many cases, the entire procedure lasts less than 30-minutes, and our patients are often relieved that they have experienced minimal discomfort. Some patients might experience small bruising or swelling afterward, but complications such as allergies or infection are generally extremely rare.

One of the most amazing aspects of getting a Liquid Facelift is that the results will begin appearing immediately – while the procedure is happening. However, improvements will continue as the neuromodulators start to relax tense muscles, and any swelling will disappear over the following few days.

How long does Liquid Facelift last?

Liquid Facelifts are safe and require minimal downtime compared to surgical options (offering long-lasting results). With a full correction, most effects of a Liquid Facelift can last for 1-2 years. At RevitalizeMaui, we always make sure that we restore your youthful look without looking overdone.

If you’re nervous, or if you’d like to see results over time for personal or financial reasons, you don’t have to have all of your injections and treatments performed in one visit. It is possible to spread out your full-face correction over several visits with us. Many of our patients appreciate that Liquid Facelifts are not permanent, because they have the option to change the way they age over time with a more natural appearance.
